Regional Sales Representatives

Region: Central region of Czech Republic

The role entails overseas sales and market maintenance for cylinders and bulk products for the company in the Czech Republic's central region. It involves developing sales plans and achieving established sales targets. The role entails developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, as well as effectively communicating, contacting and negotiating with target clients to secure orders and follow up on payments. The role requires the ability to analyse customer demand, conduct market research, gather insights on customer demand and provide feedback accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • The role entails implementing sales strategies, managing pricing, margins and volume;
  • Controlling the efficient use of company assets (bottle turnover);
  • Developing new business with bottle and container customers, participating in tenders and acquiring new customers;
  • Building partnerships and long-term relationships with B2B customers;
  • Managing existing cylinder customers, providing up-to-date information, updating and maintaining contracts; and communicating with partner companies and designers, building a network of new clients;
  • Collaborating with the marketing department, participating in market research, gathering and sharing all market information gathered;
  • Monitoring competitors' activities and prices; Participating in the green transition process and implementation of selected solutions;
  • Representing the company in a way that demonstrates commitment to the company's values;
  • Adhering to the company's safety policies, rules and standards;
  • Demonstrating a visible commitment to developing a proactive safety culture;
  • Time and task management using current CRM tools, updating data and daily activities in CRM system;
  • The role also involves scheduling tasks and completing them according to set deadlines;
  • Additionally, the position entails reporting to the Sales Manager on the Slovakian and Czech markets.

  • English language at a communicative level;
  • Very good presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinking and planning;
  • Business results orientation and demonstrable sales performance;
  • Willingness to travel to customers.
